It's Official - i have a new WIP
Not that I have a shortage of books I could write. But this idea came out of the blue and totally took over. By the reactions I'm getting on socials, it's worth making this a priority.
At last count I had 33 WIPs. Now it's 34 (everyone's favorite number this year?) I have a pretty little plan for when I'm going to write all those books, but plans and I don't always see eye to eye. A book that seemed like a good idea six months ago might not stand up under closer inspection, might not have as much to say as I thought.
The Thorn Prince, on the other hand... The Secret Garden meets Alice In Wonderland but make it Gay and smutty because we can. Inheritances, prophecies, gothic terror, dryads with, er, limbs that grow, and a why-choose romance with second chance on one side and insta-love on the other: what's not to like?
I promise, I will finish Author, Author first. No more getting stuck halfway on these projects. I want to write books from start to finish, because getting back into a WIP that you've put aside can be excruciating. But now I have motivation to finish. I fucking hope.
